In case of complaint / return always state your order number.
There is always 1-year warranty on the products you buy. If you can prove that there are fabrication errors on the product, you will always get new or new parts. However, the warranty does not apply to wear damage. You pay the return freight.

If you regret your purchase or just want to change, always state your order number.
You have full right of withdrawal for 14 days from receiving the order, provided you have not used the jewellery and they are returned in original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for the transport risk and shipping. When returning the jewellery, provide us with your order number and name. Refunds will be made after we have received your return.

Damage to package
If the parcel have been damaged during shipping you must immediately report this to your representative. Do not collect a damaged package! If you don’t detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the shipping company’s handling, contact them and make an injury report.
